On April 6, 2023 we hosted Legend Conversation Number 8 with DJ Premier. This edition was powered by Rythm Premium Cannabis, and was our most ambitious edition to date featuring collectible posters and record sleeves, a sesh bus, and a highly sought after gift bag….
Guests were treated to a Texas BBQ style dinner from Chef Brian Fisher and soundtracked by Tye Hill, an exclusive Legend Conversation x Jugrnaut tee, custom cocktails created by Dorian’s featuring Don Julio, Remy Martin and Topo Chico.
During the live interview Preemo told stories about how he discovered Hip Hop in 1976 while stepping out of an arcade in Times Square, how Travis Scott’s dad taught him how to ride a motor bike, and how he developed his sound in and out of Gang Starr. It was a night full of laughs, smiles, and head nods as DJ’s RTC, Ca$h Era, and Premier each performed at the after party hosted by Dave Jeff.
